Jacksonville IMF New Traffic Scheme

Effective Monday, March 25, at 7:00am local time, our Jacksonville Terminal is launching a new traffic scheme. Please reference updated terminal map attached.

The most notable change is that the out-gate lanes have been repositioned away from the in-gate lanes. This will afford more queue space and allow for a bobtail lane on the east side of the Driver Assist building. All drivers visiting the facility will be provided with maps and have the opportunity to ask questions as they enter the terminal.

We encourage drivers to take advantage of our ExpressNS+™ Mobile Application which streamlines gate and terminal processes for our drayage community. With ExpressNS+™, drivers can verify billing, submit pre-gate information, obtain parking and pickup locations, receive electronic interchange receipts, and submit bad order information.
