The message of diversity and its value to Norfolk Southern is regularly communicated through events at various system locations. Diversity Council members and selected speakers present information concerning both diversity and business – two processes that are closely related. Events provide valuable opportunities for diverse employee groups to interact and share ideas. Plan to attend the next one in your area.
