• Assists in negotiations of the purchase of materials and services and inventory control of material needed for NS operations.

Real Estate

• Based in Philadelphia, PA and Atlanta, GA.
• Handles the preparation, negotiation, and promulgation of legal documentation needed to provide for use of the company’s properties or track while ensuing that they are properly protected.

Engineering Cost & Systems

• Based in Atlanta, GA.
• Engineering Costs works with capital budgets and analyzes projects with annual expenditures of approximately $470 million for the engineering department.
• Engineering Systems works with the engineering department to develop computer based programs to help with solving problems.
