Employee Engagement leader kicks off network listening tour

We’re engaging front-line railroaders across our 22-state network, all to further enhance our safety culture and improve the quality of life for our teams.

To help advance these efforts, we appointed Floyd Hudson as Vice President, Field Engagement in September. Floyd works across organizational boundaries to directly engage our railroaders, seeking their ideas and feedback on how we can make Norfolk Southern a better railroad.
