Croxton Driver Awareness

As a reminder to all drivers visiting our Croxton Intermodal facility, it is a requirement to remove zip ties from all four corner posts of shipments and to dispose of associated trash in an appropriate trash receptacle. Repeated failures to do so could lead to driver being restricted from accessing the facility.

Now it’s easier to do business with Norfolk Southern Intermodal Customer Service. Create support cases online using AccessNS Case Management. Creating a case is simple:

1. Click the “Create New Case” button with in AccessNS
2. Enter the details of your question or issue
3. Submit your case

While we work to resolve your case, you can monitor your case status directly from the dashboard. You can also share case information with your colleagues or third-party partners by adding them as an Interested Party.
