Career Developement

NS places a priority on training to ensure we are driving expertise across the company and facilitating career development for employees. We have broader trainings like our Management Trainee program that provides a six-month training for team members in certain departments, who come to us fresh out of college.  We also have department or skill-specific trainings, like ongoing trainings for our craft employees, throughout their careers, at our Training Center in McDonough, GA.

As mental wellness is just as important as physical, NS provides multiple resources for our employees including access to 8 free sessions of therapy, and a free app to encourage meditation and improve sleep.

We know many members of the NS team are working on their family building journey.
