Memphis (Rossville) IMF Middle Crossing Construction

ATLANTA, GA

Beginning tomorrow, February 1, the middle crossing at our Memphis (Rossville) Intermodal facility, will be temporarily taken out of service for laying a new track 5 through the crossing.

The middle crossing lies within the main road to enter the facility from the terminal office. As a result, drivers will need to use the gravel lot on the North side of the main road and travel through the North crossing while the middle crossing is out of service. This alternative routing is indicated by the blue double-headed arrow on the attached terminal map.

The crossing is planned to be completed and returned to service on Monday, February 19.

No departure, availability, or gate delays are expected because of the construction. Drivers should maintain safe speeds, be aware of construction crews and vehicles, and obey all signage and temporary changes in traffic patterns while on terminal.

We encourage drivers to take advantage of our ExpressNS+™ Mobile Application which streamlines gate and terminal processes for our drayage community. With ExpressNS+™, drivers can verify billing, submit pre-gate information, obtain parking and pickup locations, receive electronic interchange receipts, and submit bad order information. More information on ExpressNS+™ can be found by scanning the QR code below or by visiting www.nscorp.com/intermodal/ExpressNS.
