Tropical Storm Debby Update – NS Charleston Gate Hours

As a result of the impacts of Tropical Storm Debby, the gates at the NS Charleston facility will open at 7:00am local time tomorrow, August 8, instead of the normal gate opening hours of 5:00am local time.

Now it’s easier to do business with Norfolk Southern Intermodal Customer Service. Create support cases online using AccessNS Case Management. Creating a case is simple:

3. Submit your case
