Harrisburg Paving Project Postponed

The Harrisburg terminal paving project, previously announced in a customer advisory issued on August 4, 2026, has been postponed. The original start date of August 7, 2026, has been rescheduled to September 14, 2026. An updated project schedule will be shared as the new start date approaches.
