This evening, Tuesday, October 10th, Blume and NS IT teams will perform planned system maintenance on the appointment system utilized for International shipments at our Austell and Memphis (Rossville) facilities. This maintenance will occur at 7:00pm EST and is scheduled to take less than 30 minutes to complete.
During the maintenance users may experience errors when trying to login into the appointment system. Users that are logged in prior to 7:00pm EST should not see any issues creating or updating appointments.

With ExpressNS+™, drivers can verify billing, submit pre-gate information, obtain parking and pickup locations, receive electronic interchange receipts, and submit bad order information.
