REMINDER: Livernois, MI - International Appointments Take Effect Soon

Reminder!

Effective on the Go-Live date below, all drivers picking up or dropping off an international container at Norfolk Southern’s Livernois (Detroit) facility will require an appointment.  Please ensure your company is set up with Blume for NS Appointments, and appointments are created for all international containers.  Dual missions are encouraged (drop off and pickup in the same visit), and there is an option to create a dual mission appointment. 

Livernois (Detroit) Appointment System:

• Soft Launch (appointments encouraged):  Monday, April 27, 2026    
• Go-Live (appointments required):  Monday, May 4, 2026

Resources will be on-site the week of Monday, May 4 to assist.  Also, Blume is offering a training session should anyone have questions.  Details and link below:
