Shipment Diversions in the Louisville, KY Market

To support increasing Intermodal demand in the Louisville, KY market, we have recently begun utilizing our Shelbyville facility as a supplemental outlet for International shipments. Shelbyville, which serves as our premier finished-vehicle Automotive facility in the Louisville market, will now also provide additional Intermodal capacity to support our Appliance Park facility on an as-needed basis.

The Shelbyville facility will operate Monday through Friday from 0600 to 1800 and is located at 885 Isaac Shelby Drive, Shelbyville, KY 40065.

We recognize that pickups at Shelbyville may require additional coordination with drayage providers and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Leveraging Shelbyville will help expedite shipment availability and support overall fluidity at Appliance Park. We also ask that customers make every attempt to timely outgate shipments from Appliance Park to limit high on-terminal dwell and to assist in creating capacity.

Please note that Shelbyville will be open for outgates only and will operate as a live-lift facility; all ingating shipments must continue to be directed to the Appliance Park facility.
