UPDATE: Norfolk Southern Sharonville Appointment System Launch Postponed

The launch of the appointment system at our Sharonville, OH facility will be postponed from the initially announced go-live date of Thursday, January 22, as we now plan to also launch the appointment system at our Cincinnati Gest St. facility simultaneously. We are taking this step to help reduce confusion, simplify the transition, and ensure the drayage community has adequate time to prepare for upcoming appointment requirements at both Sharonville and Cincinnati Gest St.

An updated go-live date for both facilities will be provided soon. In the meantime, please continue registering and using the Blume System to become familiar with the process of securing appointments. We will share an updated launch date as soon as it is finalized.
