YOU’RE INVITED, PLEASE ATTEND – Kansas City and St. Louis Town Hall – Norfolk Southern Upcoming Operational Changes

We are expanding our Appointment System to our Kansas City, MO and St. Louis, MO Intermodal facilities. Ahead of the go-live dates, information sessions will be held in each respective market to ensure all customers and drayage partners are familiar with the application and any changes to terminal operations. Similar to our operations in other markets, the appointment system will solely be for international traffic at Kansas City and St. Louis. The Appointment System will streamline access to the facilities for pick-ups and drop-offs while ensuring a consistent experience for our partner drivers at both terminals.  Please see additional information below.

WHO:  Anyone interested is encouraged to participate in any of the informational sessions.  We encourage company management, driver managers, and driver leaders to attend at least one session.

WHAT:  These Town Halls will begin with a detailed presentation by Norfolk Southern Terminal Operations personnel regarding the upcoming changes, requirements, and timeline.

WHEN & WHERE:  There will be two presentation slots at each location to help accommodate different schedules.  While in-person attendance is preferred, there will be Microsoft Teams sessions available for attendees who cannot be physically present.
