NSRQ-5410 Tariff Update Effective 4-1-2026

Flour commodities are covered in Public Tariff NSRQ-5410. NSRQ-5410 has lanes that will experience rate changes effective April 1, 2026.

Effective April 1, 2026, the updated NSRQ-5410 rates will be in effect.

These rates will be available for viewing via AccessNS by March 13, 2026.

Current Users – Log in to AccessNS – once logged in, go to the ribbon and select “Plan” then click “Price Publications” on the drop down. In the “Price Publications” window make sure you are on the “Search Publications” tab.  From there, type in the respective “Publication Number” (the number, not text, 5410) and click “Search”. The contracts will populate for the respective Publication Number.  Unroll them.  From there, you can see the section number, and effective dates.  To download to Excel, scroll to the “Download” column and click on the button with an “X”.
