NSRQ 70022 Tariff Announcement - 2-1-26

Various construction product commodities are covered in Public Tariff NSRQ 70022. These publications will be adjusted to reflect current market conditions effective February 1, 2026. As such:

• Effective, February 1, 2026, the updated NSRQ 70022 will be in effect.

Current Users – Log in to AccessNS – once logged in, go to the ribbon and select “Plan” then click “Price Publications” on the drop down.

In the “Price Publications” window make sure you are on the “Search Publications” tab. From there, type in the respective “Publication Number” (the number, not text, 70022) and click “Search”. The contracts will populate for the respective Publication Number. Unroll them. From there, you can see the section number, and effective dates. To download to Excel, scroll to the “Download” column and click on the button with an “X”.
