Aggregate commodities are covered in Public Tariff NSQ 14219 & NSQ 77376. These publications will be adjusted to reflect the current market conditions effective January 1, 2023. As such:

• Effective, January 1, 2023 the updated NSQ 14219 & NSQ 77376 will be in effect.
• These rates will be available for viewing via AccessNS by December 1, 2022.
  • Current Users – Log in – use future rates (do not change the date) to find modified rate structure.
  • New Users – Registration – Please reference any member of the Construction Team as a sponsor.
