Miscellaneous Construction commodities are covered in Public Tariff NSQ 71118. This publication will be adjusted to reflect the current market conditions effective March 1, 2023. As such:

• Effective, March 1, 2023 the updated NSQ 71118 will be in effect.
• These rates will be available for viewing via AccessNS by February 3, 2023.

Current Users – Log in – use future rates (do not change the date) to find modified rate structure.

New Users – Registration – Please reference any member of the Construction Team as a sponsor.
