Norfolk Southern recently partnered with Women in Technology (WIT) to welcome students from across Georgia for a Career Exploration Day focused on technology, innovation, and problem-solving.

The event gave students a firsthand look at how technology powers the railroad, while challenging them to tackle real-world business scenarios alongside Norfolk Southern employees. Through hands-on activities and dynamic conversations with STEM professionals, students actively explored career possibilities, asked questions and connected their interests to opportunities in technology.

"Our partnership with Women in Technology gives students the opportunity to connect classroom learning with real-world experiences and see the many ways technology supports the railroad," said Courtney Massey, Manager, Service Partner Performance Management.
