Norfolk Southern opens Georgia wildfire disaster relief program

In response to major wildfires in South Georgia, Norfolk Southern has opened its Community Disaster Relief Grant Program.

Nonprofits assisting in this response are encouraged to apply by sharing how they are supporting communities affected by the fires. The application window closes May 31. Apply here by creating an account or share this link with a qualifying nonprofit.

With a significant operational footprint in Georgia with over 4,000 employees, 1,700 miles of track and strong partnerships with state and local leaders, Norfolk Southern’s investment in these recovery efforts reflects its long-standing commitment to the communities it serves.
